Use ICAT to:
- deliver dynamic content
- monitor student performance
- provide dynamic content delivered in-line with IEP expectations
Critical New Updates:
Duplicate user account removal and merging is now in progress.
Teachers who have students with multiple accounts:
- If you know that you or your students have multiple accounts, please send an email to lguil@okcareertech.org.
Include in your e-mail:
- User's first name, last name, AND the good username. (The username is what you type when you login.) All other usernames will be removed.
NOTE: these fields are case sensitive. "John Doe" is NOT the same as "john doe". If you provide an inaccurate username, content may be permanenty lost.
- Your phone number and most convenient time to contact you.
- If there is content in multiple user accounts that you do not want to lose. Please indicate that the accounts should be merged. Remember to include the good username.
Need Help using ICAT?
- Submit a Help Ticket.
- Go to the Help Desk and Training Link (left nav bar)
- Enter your data in the Help Request Form
- Request Training
- Go to the Help Desk and Training Link or
the Training Schedule link ( ICAT Links at right)
- Click Calendar to locate an available training date
- Off-site group training is also available
- Don't forget our new Help system. Click the Help tab when you're logged into ICAT.
Shared Rooms in ICAT
Room sharing is availiable in ICAT. The FACS and BMITE divisions have rooms for any CareerTech teacher to copy.
Other Public Rooms include, Making movies for ICAT , Successful Blogs in the Classroom, and How to Create Accessible Content.
Access Shared Rooms, by selecting the Rooms tab, then shared.
